"NOQUE is my legacy and my first baby. It was born from a vision to help women embrace their natural hair with confidence, and has grown into a commitment to elevating the braiding experience into something intentional, refined, and deeply cared for.
While building a career in International Business, I initially saw braiding as a hustle, until I realised Black women were missing out on an elevated experience that truly centred them. I chose to build NOQUE instead of following a traditional corporate path, because I believed braiding could be luxurious.
Inspired by the women in my family and a career spent mastering the craft, I developed a deep respect for hair as both identity and craft. NOQUE stands for more than doing hair. It represents confidence, culture, self-expression, softness, and the belief that textured hair care deserves to be experienced at a higher standard.

Yes. Your hair should be washed, fully dry, and free from heavy oils or products. It should also be stretched or blown out. If you need a wash and blowdry, you can add this service to your booking for an additional £25.
Yes. You can add hair provision to your booking for £10. All packages include extensions in the price. For extra length or fullness, an extra £50 applies.
Express services run between 1.5 and 4 hours depending on the style. Packages range from 4 hours to a full day. Duration details are listed alongside each service on this page.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the full deposit being forfeited.
Due to the nature of the space and to maintain a calm, focused environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. We are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Yes, consultations are free and available on Mondays only. They are limited to a small number of slots per week. Book your consultation slot through the booking system, no commitment required.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit amount will be confirmed at checkout. Your remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Repeated cancellations may result in being unable to rebook.
A 15-minute grace period applies to all appointments. Arrivals beyond this may result in a shortened appointment or a rescheduled booking, at our discretion. Your deposit will not be refunded in this situation.
For Express Services, hair must arrive clean, fully dry, and free from heavy oils. Hair should be stretched or blown out. If you need a wash and blowdry, you can add it to your booking. For all Packages, wash, blowdry, and extensions are included in the price — no preparation is required beyond arriving on time.
NOQUE may take photos or video during or after your appointment for use on our social media and marketing channels. Please let us know at the start of your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed. By attending your appointment, you grant NOQUE permission to use any content captured during your visit.
Bridal bookings must be secured a minimum of three months in advance. A non-refundable booking fee is required to hold your wedding date. Transport and travel costs are charged separately for on-location services. Additional bridal party styling is available upon request.
